Keystone Strategies USA, LP provides a full array of real estate acquisition, property and asset management services to U.S. and international investors, and we currently manage office, retail and warehouse properties across the United States. Keystone acts only as a principal and is actively seeking additional real estate investment opportunities. We welcome property submissions from property owners and real estate brokers that conform to our acquisition criteria.

Please submit complete property information including property description, location maps, photos, market information, historical and year-to-date income and expense reports, lease summary, tenant financial information, recent survey and sales price.

Investment Property Types:

"Single Tenant" Office & Industrial property - prefer long-term (7 years or more) credit leases and rent escalations.

"Multi-Tenant" Office/Industrial property - long-term credit anchor tenants are required.

ACQUISITION PRICE: $4,000,000 - $50,000,000

TARGETED REAL ESTATE MARKETS: High growth sub-markets in major U.S. metro areas, including:

  • Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX
  • Atlanta, Georgia
  • Washington, DC
  • Tampa, Florida
  • Houston, TX
  • Phoenix, AZ
  • Chicago, IL

We are particularly interested in newer, Class "A" property, but will also consider Class "B" property.
