Marilyn AchesonMarilyn Y. Acheson
Principal & Director of Asset Management

Ms. Acheson has over 28 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. A founding principal of Keystone Strategies USA, LP ("Keystone"), she serves as Keystone’s Director of Asset Management, responsible for asset and property management, client/investor relations and development and the daily business operations of Keystone.

Additionally, as a co-owner and Vice President of Restoration Specialists, LLC ("RS"), she has responsibility for the financial, business development, human resource and risk management operations of the company. She uses her extensive knowledge of commercial property operations to advise this line of business for the firm.

Prior to forming Keystone, Ms. Acheson was employed for 14 years with the Lehndorff USA Companies. She managed both tax and financial reporting functions, having served as Senior Property Controller for the western U.S. inclusive of accounting field offices. As Vice President Private Client Investments for six years, Ms. Acheson was responsible for the asset management, financial and tax functions for 30+ high net worth foreign investors’ U.S. commercial real estate portfolios, many of whom continued with her at Keystone.

Ms. Acheson served as the 2004 President of the Board of Directors of Commercial Real Estate Women ("CREW") Dallas with an additional 5 years Board service and has been a member of CREW for over 18 years. CREW serves as the professional organization for over 300 executive women with expertise across the full spectrum of real estate services. In December 2008, she received the prestigious CREW Dallas Outstanding Achievement Award for her lifetime of work as a real estate industry business owner, service to CREW Dallas and to the greater Dallas community. Additionally, she has served as an advisory member of the NTCAR Board of Directors, and a former Board of Trustee of the Dallas Women’s Foundation. Currently Ms. Acheson is serving her second term as a Director of the YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas Board.

Ms. Acheson is a graduate of Westminster College holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Secondary Education. Additionally she completed 30 hours of undergraduate and graduate accounting and tax courses at the University of Texas in Dallas. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark A. DeMattiaMark A. DeMattia
Principal & Director of Acquisitions

Mr. DeMattia has been active in the commercial and residential real estate industry for over 25 years, and has substantial experience in the development, acquisition and disposition of residential, multi-family, office, industrial and raw land properties across the United States. He serves as Keystone’s Director of Acquisitions responsible for identifying investment opportunities, negotiating prices and contract terms, coordinating due diligence and creating the capital structure of Keystone’s commercial real estate assets. Additionally he advises clients on key asset capital improvements, leasing, and disposition strategies.

Currently, he also serves as President of Restoration Specialists, LLC (www.restorationspec.com) and is responsible for all phases of company operations, including construction management, estimating, budgets, subcontractor supervision and quality control.

In 1986, Mr. DeMattia was appointed to serve with the Board of Directors of Duke Realty Investments Inc., a publicly traded New York Stock Exchange real estate investment trust ("REIT"). Through January 1993, Mr. DeMattia served as Secretary of Duke Realty Investments, during which time the REIT acquired, financed and managed a national portfolio of 32 office, retail and industrial properties with a cumulative market value of $152 million.

In January 1994, Mr. DeMattia graduated from the Graduate School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas with a Master of Business Administration ("MBA") degree, with an academic emphasis on International Business Management and Finance. In May 1993, Mr. DeMattia was awarded an international academic scholarship to attend the St. Petersburg Educational Institute in Russia. He graduated from the College of Commerce and Industry at the University of Wyoming in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance. Mr. DeMattia is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.

Mr. DeMattia currently serves as Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission in the Town of Prosper, Texas. He is the past President of the Plantation Resort Homeowners Association and was appointed by Frisco City Council to serve on Frisco’s Charter Review Commission and the Frisco Citizens Bond Committee. He is a former member of the prestigious Associazione Italiana Consulenti Immobiliari ("AICI") which is located in Milan, Italy, and served on the Advisory Board for Dallas Real Estate Ministries. Mr. DeMattia is happily married and his family is active in many local community and Christian organizations in the Dallas, Texas area.

Andrea LiangAndrea M. Liang
Property Manager

Ms. Liang joined Keystone Strategies USA, LP in 2003, and is currently serving as property manager. As Property Manager for Keystone, Ms. Liang specializes in managing the day-to-day operations of our clients’ real estate assets. A strong communicator who works well with people, she excels at building and maintaining relationships with tenants and owners alike. Her daily responsibilities include responding to service calls, cultivating strong tenant relations, overseeing rent collections and lease administration, preparing and managing building budgets, monitoring property profitability, and controlling building expenses.

Ms. Liang was recently admitted as a member of CREW Dallas, a professional organization for over 300 executive women having expertise across the full spectrum of real estate services. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the CREW Link Committee. Ms. Liang will be an accredited IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) after completing required hours of course work in the fall of 2009, and she is pursuing LEED AP certification.

Ms. Liang received her B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University in 1996. Her husband, David Liang D.C. is a chiropractor in the Dallas area and they have two young boys.
